ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 294 (b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No. Not Known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners herein were involved in a fight with one Krishnan @ Kannan Pannaiyar and his men before the Sub Registrar Office, Alwarthirunagari, Thoothukudi.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further added that the petitioners herein have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioners. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
