ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.284/2022 on the file of first respondent registered on 25.10.2022 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi on 04.06.2025 and the same was not yet taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition before the concerned Court, if so advised.
