This petition is filed to condone the delay of 135 days in filing the appeain in CMA (MD)SR.No.5991 of 2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CMP(MD) NO. 1809 of 2025 Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed without any reference to this Court.
