Heard both sides.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Balasubramanian the petitioner apprehended arrest at the hands of the respondent police and civil suit in O.S.No.219 of 2015 is pending and the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.
3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that no one has given complaint against the petitioner. But the petitioner has given a complaint and the same is pending in C.S.R.No.286 of 2015.
4. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
