This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy 1/3

to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.66 of 2021 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The suit is of the year 2021. After filing of the written statement, the suit is pending for the past three years without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking early disposal of the suit.

3. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Pudukkottai, to dispose of the suit by following this Court's circular in R.O.C.No.1599-A.2009/B5 dated 15.05.2009.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
