ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Initially, this matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. Now, since the matter has not been settled amicably, the same is sent back to the Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that a case in Cr.No.57 of 2014 was registered under Sections 120(b), 406 and 420 I.P.C and after completing the investigation, the Police has closed it as "action dropped" on 15.01.2015.

4. A copy of the "Action Dropped report" has been submitted to the Court. Under the said circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication.
