The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first respondent to monitor the investigation of the second respondent and to include the proper accused person name in the final report in Crime No. 239 of 2020 within the time stipulated by this Court

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents make submission that the prayer of the petitioner was already under consideration.
