.. Contemnor/Respondent No.3 PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act 1971, to punish the respondent herein for the his willful and wanton disobedience of the order, dated 04.06.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9615 of 2021.

Prayer in WP(MD). 9615/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to waive the payment of Lease amount for the lockdown period from 16.03.2020 to 30.09.2020 in respect of lease of collection entry fee in Weekly Shandy situated at the 3rd respondent Town Panchayat and refund the Waiver amount to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Honble Court by considering his Representation dated 28.04.2021and for other reliefs and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

In the said order dated 16.08.2021, the petitioner's application has been rejected. Since the order dated 04.06.2021 passed in W.P.(MD).
