O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this application praying to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.641 of 2012 dated 17.11.2012 on the file of the second respondent herein to any other superior officer pursuant to the representation dated 11.08.2015 lodged before the first respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 17.11.2012 the case in Crime No.641 of 2012 has been registered and the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and file a final report and hence he prayed for the relief as stated above.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that already investigation has been completed and the case was closed as 'undetected'. It is stated in the FIR that it is the case of chain snatching and they are not able to detect the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
