ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the accused No.3, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 465, 471, 419 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.139 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, that in the month of December 2000, he produced the original documents to the third accused the petitioner herein to obtain a passport which was misused by the accused and a passport was given in favour of the first accused in the year 2006 and thereby the accused have committed the offences.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second accused was running a travel agency, where the petitioner was working as an employee and he left the employment long back and after 15 years, the present complaint is filed and even according to the de-facto complainant, he came to know the passport was issued in favour of the first accused based on the document of the de-facto complainant in the year 2006.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has no bad antecedent and the occurrence had taken place in the year 2000 and the present complaint was given on 12.08.2015.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur and on his executing a bond for a sum of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Judge within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sd/- 03/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
