ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2019 and file a final report within the stipulated time. 2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the First Information Report in Crime No.11 of 2019 was closed as 'mistake of fact' and the referred charge sheet would soon be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the referred charge sheet before the Judicial Magistrate, Palani, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving notice to the present petitioner and the petitioner, if so advised can file a protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
