Prayer in CRP(MD)171/2021:- This Civil Revision Petition filed under section 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Lower Court for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge 's Court, Srivilliputhur, within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court .
ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 10.02.2021 of this court and requistion letter in D.NO.244/2021 Dated 06.09.2021 submitted by the Principle Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur ( Full Additional Charge Additional Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur) and forward by the Principle District and Session Judge, Virudhunagar in Letter in D.NO.5166/2021 this Court made the following order:
The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".
2.It seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 10.02.2021 has directed the trial Court to dispose of the petitions in H.M.O.P.No. 69 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.The learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur submitted a letter dated 13.09.2021, seeking four months further time, stating that the parties are willing for reunion.

CRP(MD). No.170 & 171 of 2021 4.Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the trial Court. Accordingly, four months time is granted to dispose of the cases in H.M.O.P.No. 69 of 2019 and H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2017 from today and no further extension will be granted in future.
