ORDER

This Court called for a report from the learned District Munsif at Kodaikanal, by an order dated 24.03.2026. In compliance with the direction, the learned District Munsif had sent a report dated 01.04.2026.

2.A perusal of the report shows that the plaintiff has concluded his evidence only on 15.10.2025. From 13.11.2025 to 25.03.2026, the matter has been adjourned for the evidence of the defendants. 3.The learned District Munsif has assured that in case, the defendants fail to adduce evidence on the scheduled hearing dated 09.04.2026, he will proceed further with the suit. His statement is recorded.

4.The learned District Munsif at Kodaikanal is requested to pronounce the judgment in the suit after giving reasonable opportunity to the defendants by the end of June, 2026. 2/4

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs.
