The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent herein to restore the water connection given to the petitioner's building situated at door No.112B/3 and old water service no.1100 at Polpettai, Tuticorin by considering his representations dated 10.01.2020 and 22.01.2020.

3. The respondent is directed to quantify the arrears, as on date, and furnish it to the petitioner on or before 04.02.2020.
