ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the main criminal revision against the order passed in M.C.No.12 of 2022, dated 23.05.2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.03.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the Criminal Revision is rejected at the SR stage itself. 17.03.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das 2/4
