ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.375 of 2022 for the offences under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on the file of the first respondent as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Final Report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
