[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.03.2019 seeking to remove the arbitrary encroachments in the land bearing Survey No. 31/3, Vandiyur I-Pit Revenue Village, Madurai District as per the proceedings of the second respondent in O.Mu.No.1586/2018/A2, dated 11.04.2018.

2. The learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that patta has been granted in respect of the occupants of the subject property under the Government Welfare Scheme and no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
