ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case and investigate the matter based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.08.2015.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.340 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.340 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
