This quash petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.352 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent.

2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations against the petitioners in the First Information Report. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted at this stage. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, considering the allegations made in this F.I.R, the first respondent is directed to file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
