ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2020 from the fifth respondent to some other Police Inspector to take action, in accordance with law.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the prayer has been made to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 05.01.2020 from the fifth respondent to some other police station, it would be sufficient that a direction may be issued to the fifth respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a time frame.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in crime No.24 of 2020, for the offence under Section 294(b) IPC. She would further submit that enquiry would be conducted and final report would be filed within a period of two months.
4.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
