PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the seventh respondent for her illegal activities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2020.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the seventh respondent for her illegal activities by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2020.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1to 6 represented that already the representation of the petitioner was considered and the same was closed . He has also served a copy of the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2/5
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also received the copy of the closure report
4. A perusal of the copy of the order passed by the first respondent it is seen that the representation was considered and the same was closed
5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum if he is aggrieved by the said closure report. No costs.
