Prayer in WP(MD). 7015 of 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.2 and 3 to revise the scale of pay of the petitioner by granting two advance increments for acquiring PG Degree to the petitioner along with other consequential benefits within the time period stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
