This direction petition is filed to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection for peaceful enjoyment of the petitioner's property based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2015.

2.The petitioner sought police protection in the year 2015. Now, 3 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
