ORDER

The order of suspension dated 24.01.2022 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the enquiry officer was appointed, who in turn has concluded the enquiry and submitted his report.

3. In view of the fact that the enquiry report has already been submitted, the respondents are directed to complete the proceedings in all respects and pass final orders as expeditiously as possible.

4. With this observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
