This Court directed the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.427 of 2012 and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18542 of 2019 on 11.12.2019. The second respondent has sought for further extension of time of six months.
2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.
3.In the circumstances, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.427 of 2012 and file a final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
