Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and the court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.93 of 2014. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition by order dated 23.02.2021 and directed the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Periyakulam, requests further time to dispose of the said case.
