ORDER
The prayer in this writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to grant permission to proceed with the consecration work of Arulmighu Sri Pidari Alagu Nachiamman and Malayala Karupanna Swami Temple, Mettu Thirukampuliyur, Krishnarayapuram Taluk, Karur District, as per his proceeding made in Administrative permission Letter 2/5
No.8114/2025/A5, dated on 30.09.2025, in the light of petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2025, within a time frame. 2.
Today, when the writ petition was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that work order dated 02.01.2026 has been issued by the 4th respondent to carry out the renovation work of the abovesaid temple at a cost of Rs.12 Lakhs. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the work order, this writ petition may be closed. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed recording the work order dated 02.01.2026 issued by the 4th respondent. No costs.
