This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.400 of 2013, on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the investigation is almost over and the respondents 1 and 2 are yet to file the charge sheet in Crime No.400 of 2013.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the first respondent is directed to file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
