The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-TANGEDCO submits that the petitioner is a resident of Thoothukudi and she is working at Tiruchender and now, on deputation for a period of six months, she has been posted at Thoothukudi only. He also clarified that it is only for office work and there is no necessity for any other camps and other duties.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel that the petitioner is a resident of Thoothukudi and she has 3/6
been deputed only for a period of six months and that too for the purpose of office work, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of transfer.
