This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.372 of 2014, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thalamuthunagar Police Station, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in Crime No.372 of 2014, on the file of the 1st respondent police registered for the offence under Sections 147, 447 and 353 of I.P.C. has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 11.12.2015.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
