This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to further investigate the case afresh in S.C.No.209 of 2014, on the file of the V-Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crime No.1115 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of 2012, on the file of the 4th respondent after include relevant provision of under prohibition of collection of charging exorbitant interest Act within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioner/accused was ended in acquittal on 06.03.2017 by the learned V-Additional Sessions Judge, Madurai.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
