ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under sections 341, 342, 324 and 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.234 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.1701 of 2020 would be known only after A1 is secured. Therefore, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to notify the petitioner if there is any proposal to arrest him based on the confession of A1.
