PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to sanction the petitioner's subsidy amount towards the construction of the Latrine under IHHL scheme within the time frame stipulated by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to sanction the subsidy amount to the petitioner for construction of the Latrine under IHHL scheme.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent, based on the written instructions received from the President of Panchayat, has stated that the toilet itself has been demolished and now a house has been constructed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 11.10.2023 NCC : Yes/No Internet :Yes/No Index :Yes/No 2/4
