O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide low tension energy service connection for petitioner's house based on his application dated 26.12.2019.

2. Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned standing counsel who appears on behalf of the respondents states that the petitioner has not completed the wiring, which has to be done by the petitioner. Consequently, an indemnity bond in Form 6 of Annexure III to this Code has to be furnished, indemnifying the licensee against any loss, on account of disputes arising out of effecting the service https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.1969 of 2020 connection. As there were certain mistakes, they were erased by applying a whitener which was not accepted by the respondents. The above said references are rectifiable mistakes. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to get the wiring done and report to the respondents. The respondents, on inspection and after getting fresh indemnity bond from the petitioner, is directed to provide service connection as prayer for. Such an exercise should be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
