ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.01.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.14 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 17.01.2019, due to previous motive, the petitioner waylaid the de-facto complainant and abused him with filthy language. That apart, he attacked the defacto complainant with aruval. Hence, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he did not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Accordingly, he prayed for bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that there are eight previous cases are pending against the petitioner.
