ORDER

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16069 of 2024 on 26.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16069 of 2024 on 26.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for 45 days.

4.Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16069 of 2024 on 26.11.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
