ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.13396 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19197 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.13396 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19197 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions on six occasions.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.13396 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19197 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
