This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. He would further submit that the second respondent is neither harassing the petitioner nor intending to harass the petitioner whatsoever.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interrogation or for enquiry.
