ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Ananthi, Daughter of Pandi, aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.This petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue Ananthi stating that the third respondent has abducted her daughter with the help of his brothers and that she had given a complaint to the second respondent through post on 29.01.2020. Since no action has been taken, the present petition is filed. 3.When the matter had come up before this Court on 03.02.2020, this Court directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to get instructions from the second respondent. Pursuant to the same, the detenue Ananthi is produced before this Court. This Court enquired the detenue Ananthi and she stated that she has married the third respondent on her own volition and she is living along with him at Melur in the residence of the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
