ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2021 of All Women Police Station to any other competent officer and to file final report. 2.The main grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner lodged a complaint with the second respondent against the third respondent, the second respondent did not conduct the investigation properly.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, contended that though the petitioner has sought for a larger prayer seeking for a change of investigation from the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents would submit that the investigation in Crime No.54 of 2021 is almost completed and only awaiting for the medical report.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1629 of 2022 5.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
