The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 1/3

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. In this regard, the petitioner filed a civil suit and the same is pending in O.S.No.66 of 2024. With regard to this dispute, the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and the same was enquired and closed as mistake of fact on 25.01.2025. 3.Recording the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. 28.01.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No ta To 1.The Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, Maduari.
