ORDER

The present petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents submitted that no petition is pending against the petitioner, whereas the complaint preferred by the petitioner to the first respondent is pending and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent for necessary enquiry. He further submitted that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner and nor intent to harass the petitioner.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed.
