ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) would submit that the poojari of the concerned temple has given a statement that the jewels were not stolen. It is further submitted that the case was altered into sections 147 and 506(i) of IPC.

2. Considering the subsequent developments, interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court on 04.02.2022 is made absolute.
