By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondents.

3.Mr.R.Karthicrajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that 'Adal Padal' is scheduled to be held on 06.02.2021 in connection with Arulmighu Bathrakaliamman Temple festival at Keelakadayam, Ambasamudram Taluk, Tenkasi District. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 29.01.2021 to the respondents and so far, no action has been taken by the respondents.

In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
