ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue suitable direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to act in accordance with the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.6791 of 2020 and to appoint one DSP to enquire the online complaint lodged by the sixth respondent and conduct enquiry and to investigate on further issues of the subject matter of the property and to take disciplinary action against the fifth respondent for his illegal activities.

2.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.1046, 1048, 1053 and 1055 of 2021, the Writ Petition does not require for adjudication and the same is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
