2. The petitioner's husband Venkatesh appears to have eloped with one Kalpana W/o.Vimal Raj. Kalpana's father has given a complaint. The third respondent has registered Crime No.23 of 2025. The third respondent is directed to take earnest steps to trace the petitioner's husband. The petitioner's husband shall be secured and brought to the station premises of Thirunagar Police Station. The third respondent will also arrange mediation. This shall be done as early as possible. The second respondent is directed to monitor the investigation. 2/4

3. With the aforesaid direction to R2 & R3, the Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
