Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 21.08.2025, passed in W.P.(MD) No.22832 of 2025, has been duly complied with. It is informed that the petition filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of a free patta was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner was not eligible. A copy of the proceedings dated 28.01.2026 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.3906431/2025/D3 is produced before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
