ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.01.2022 and give adequate protection to remove the articles of the 2nd respondent from the petitioner's house situated at D.No.1/116, 8th street, TWAD Board Colony, Thiruppalai, Madurai City, Madurai and the petitioners life and limb.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 03.01.2022, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 12.02.2022.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
