ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498A of IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.1598 of 2022 demanded more dowry and harassed to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.It appears that it is matrimonial dispute between the parties and based on the complaint no case has been registered till now. Hence, the respondent police is directed to refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer concerned and then to proceed. 4.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
