Petition is filed praying to pass an order of Interim stay the operation of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.NO.Gna1/4805/2020 dated 19/12/2020 pending disposal of the above Writ petition and thus render jsutice. Prayer in WP(MD). 348/ 2021 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified madnamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No. Gna1/4805/2020 dated 19/12/2020 and quash the same anc consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to discharge his duty as driver and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
